ENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for data integration solutions to ensure seamless and secure exchange of information across systems. Collaborate to optimize data workflows, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and supporting data-driven decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation of Application Programming Interface (APIs) to enable seamless data exchange across applications and integrations.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues in existing applications or services to ensure high quality and optimal performance of data integration systems.
Optimize data integration platforms to handle increasing data volumes while maintaining performance and reliability.
Create technical design documents, data flow charts, and convert data integration models into source code according to business requirements and standards.
Collaborate effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and data governance to develop standards and monitor application releases and services.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Software Engineering, or other related fields. Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience working with computer programming and mathematics.

Other: Experience working with Agile methodologies and other standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages. Strong expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, SQL Microsoft Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Data Warehouse technologies is highly preferred.
