Sales representative surgery- madrid & castilla la mancha

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Know the market to which the products are directed: the specialty, type of patients, finding out what materials they use at that time and why.
* Identify key people who will influence the new product code approval process.
* Schedule and confirm appointments to introduce new and existing products to all potential influencers and decision-makers (specialist doctors, purchasing agents, opinion leaders at different levels, etc.).
* Ability to build and maintain quality professional relationships: transmitting to the client the value of our proposal both in terms of service and product qualities and its improvement in treatment and efficiency for the patient, the HCP and the Healthcare system.
* Autonomy to be able to be present and support the HCP in product tests, in the operating room at least 3-4 days per week
* Preparation of offers proposing the strategy to your immediate manager and contrasting with him/her to present the most competitive in its total value.
* Attend and exhibit at conventions/seminars to interact with new customers through product details.
* Act in accordance with the agreed administrative tasks: activity reports, monitoring of devices, forecasts, tenders, budgets, expenses, complaint processing, etc.
* Inform the immediate supervisor of any incident that affects the quality of the work, the environment or health and safety, in their area of responsibility


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


* 3 to 5 years of minimum experience as a commercial representative in medical products or devices of laparoscopic surgery and assistance in the operating room for the specialties of General Surgery, Gynaecology and Urology and preferably in leading company of the market ( Medtronic, Ethicon, Applied, Olympus, Karl Storz, Applied Medical etc)
* Knowledge and experience in the Healthcare System of the assigned region (Madrid, SESCAM and Private Groups)
* Knowledge and experience in the management of CRM Platform (SFDC, etc...).
* Relationships with Target customers and Purchasing Departments in the assigned area.
* Knowledge of surgical procedures and key clients in the process of introducing new material into the assigned Hospital.
* Good level of computing Microsoft Office, Internet
* Maintain all communication equipment in excellent working condition to ensure efficiency and contact with the company.


SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:


* Health Sciences Professional desirable.
* English Proficiency
* Good attention to detail and ability to make timely reports according to established requirements
* Residence in Madrid or its surroundings.


* TRAVEL REQUIRED: [75] %. Driver's license, availability to travel more than 75% of the time in the assigned Territories. An essential requirement to be available to spend 2-3 nights away from the place of residence during work in the area every week.
