Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
An exciting freelance opportunity has opened up for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support a major migration project. The role focuses on expert consultation, system configuration, and data migration within a large-scale HR transformation program — without project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as lead consultant for SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central migration projects
* Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules (LMS, ONB 1.0, REC, RMK & GMPM)
* Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and completeness
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder advisory sessions, and support documentation/reporting
* Resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system alignment with business processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting (including SAP HCM to SF EC migrations)
* Advanced expertise in SF EC configuration, customization, and data migration techniques
* Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of HR processes, SAP HCM, SAP Time, and familiarity with S/4HANA (preferred)
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
