The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering an extensive Finance Transformation program within a complex, international corporate environment.
This program focuses on end-to-end business process standardization, the evolution of a diverse technology landscape, and managing organizational change across the Belgian business units. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and process management, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into tangible, sustainable outcomes.
Your Impact
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Lead a complex, multi-stream transformation program from initiation through to delivery, ensuring full alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee the alignment of business processes across various entities, balancing global consistency with local operational requirements.
Coordinate the modernization of the technology landscape, overseeing shifts in the data, integration, and application layers of the Finance infrastructure.
Maintain robust program governance, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and leading decision-making forums.
Support stakeholder engagement and drive adoption across impacted teams to ensure the long-term success of the transformation.
Provide clear, concise insights and reporting to senior leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions.
About You
You are a confident, pragmatic leader who thrives in navigating ambiguity and driving results in complex environments.
Proven track record as a Senior Project or Program Manager delivering large-scale transformations, ideally within Finance or adjacent corporate functions.
Strong understanding of process standardization, IT infrastructure evolution, and enterprise-wide change management in international organizations.
A structured, delivery-focused approach combined with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-evolving landscape.
Demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategy into operational execution.
Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to drive alignment across various geographies without formal authority.
Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. Proficiency in Dutch or French is highly preferred.
