Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to join their technical support team. The role focuses on resolving complex incidents and implementing structural improvements in a dynamic, bilingual service desk environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage technical incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, video calls, and on-site support.
* Provide advanced technical guidance and knowledge sharing to first‑line support staff.
* Configure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and access points.
* Perform root cause analysis on complex technical issues to deliver sustainable solutions.
* Document new technical solutions, troubleshooting tips, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
* You have 5+ years of experience with end‑user computing across Windows, Android, and iOS.
* You possess 5+ years of experience with networking infrastructure and hardware configuration.
* You are experienced with Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange.
* You have 3+ years of experience managing Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
* You bring a patient, stress‑resistant, and collaborative mindset.
* You are fluent in Dutch or French (C2) with B2 level in the second national language and B1 level in English.

* Willingness to stay updated on the latest IT infrastructure and cloud trends.
