Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Onsite Deskside Engineer to join our IT Support Services team. This hands-on role provides end-user support at our headquarters and nearby locations and includes tasks such as TechBar operations, mobile subscription management, hardware lifecycle support (IMACD), warehouse operations (receiving and shipping hardware), and meeting room AV support. The role also requires participation in an on-call/standby rotation and close collaboration with remote support teams.

Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience in a deskside support, IT field services, or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Windows 10/11
* Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Common enterprise tools like VPN clients, SCCM/Intune, collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams)
* Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes.
* Experience with device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
* Experience with legacy operating systems and hardware is considered an asset
* Familiarity with video conferencing tools and AV hardware setups.
* Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and asset tracking.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
* Willingness to travel locally between office sites (valid driver's license required).
* Ability to lift and move IT equipment (~15 kg) as needed.
* Participation in standby/on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled).
* Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, ITIL) are a plus.
