Job Description
* Advise domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions, including private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters
* Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts
* Manage and coordinate due diligence processes and assist with the structuring of complex deals
* Work closely with partners and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified lawyer
* Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law and M&A, ideally gained at a reputable law firm
* Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English (spoken and written)
* Solid understanding of Belgian corporate law; exposure to cross-border work is a plus
* Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Business-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions
