Fund Accountant – PFS at the Belgian Border, Flexible Working Hours
Our partner is a well-established PSF currently expanding its fund services department due to steady business growth. To support this development and maintain high-quality service delivery, the company is looking to strengthen its accounting team with a new Fund Accountant.
With around 40 employees, primarily in accounting roles, the firm is part of an international group, giving it the structural and financial support necessary for sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Accounting – Finance – Luxembourg
* Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure seamless cooperation with colleagues across departments.
* Collaborate with the tax team to review and prepare VAT and tax returns.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of both regulated and unregulated investment funds, as well as financial entities.
* Prepare NAV reports and annual accounts in line with accounting standards and client expectations.
Profile and Career Path | PFS – Accounting – Finance – Luxembourg
* Fluent in both French and English – both languages are mandatory.
* Previous experience in a Big Four or similar firm is considered an asset.
* Comfortable with digital tools and eager to contribute to process improvements and new internal projects.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting within a PSF or AIFM in Luxembourg.
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or a related field.
* Proven track record working primarily with financial companies.
