* Manage end-to-end sales order processing in the ERP system (SAP or equivalent)
* Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, delivery dates, and documentation
* Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
* Liaise with planning, warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant deliveries
* Monitor inventory availability and coordinate allocations when needed
* Support the execution of backorders, rush orders, and exception management
* Collaborate daily with sales teams, finance, and logistics partners across Europe
* Participate in regular operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Escalate potential supply risks and customer-impacting issues proactivel
* Track key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, lead times)
* Prepare operational reports and dashboards
* Document procedures and contribute to process standardization in line with pharma quality standards (GDP)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
* First experience or internship in supply chain, customer operations, or logistics is a plus
* Trilingual : English, French & Dutch
* Good command of Excel; SAP is a strong asset
