Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a strategic business partner, you will play a crucial role in executing and enhancing talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. These initiatives aim to align HR strategy with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, leveraging project management and change management skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive active participation in talent management processes.
* Talent Review: Organize and facilitate talent review sessions with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Consolidate and analyze talent data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, such as succession planning and high-potential programs.
* Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles. Identify and support high-potential talent for key positions and future leadership roles.
* Performance Management: Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, PDPs, evaluations. Provide hands-on support to managers and HR in the execution of these processes.
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop strategic workforce plans addressing future staffing needs. Align with HR and other departments to develop effective workforce strategies.
* Talent Retention: Design and implement retention strategies. Analyze exit data and propose retention improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HRBPs in implementing action and development plans.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the talent review process.
* Collaborate with management to align on succession strategies.
* Promote and maintain talent-related policies, such as internal mobility and recruitment guidelines.
* Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding and HRIS improvements.
Requirements:
1. Must-Have Experience:
* Proven experience managing talent-related projects (min. 5 years): talent review, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility.
* Skilled in drafting and updating HR/talent policies and guidelines.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
* Strong experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage resistance in projects.
2. Should-Have:
* Examples of communication materials (PowerPoint or equivalent).
* Documentation or insights on managing resistance in change projects.
