Job Description
As the Manager Group Network OSS, you will lead a newly formed team within the Eurofiber Group, responsible for the systems that monitor and manage our networks across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Your mission: to centralise key processes, drive innovation, and ensure our OSS (Operational Support Systems) landscape is fully aligned with the evolving needs of the business. You will also play a vital role in integrating OSS with BSS (Business Support Systems), ensuring the reliability and continuity of our network infrastructure. This role offers a unique blend of strategic ownership and hands-on implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with technical experts and stakeholders across departments to deliver future-ready solutions that keep our networks running smoothly and intelligently.
What are your main tasks?
* Set up and manage a new team focused on OSS within the network organisation.
* Develop a group-wide OSS strategy in collaboration with network teams.
* Responsible for the design, implementation and customisation of OSS solutions.
* Record/document representative data of networks, services and systems
* Leading integration projects between OSS and BSS systems.
* Support users and ensure operational continuity of OSS tools.
* Oversee data quality, innovation and more efficient processes within the OSS domain.

You have/are too:
* A background in network management or OSS/NMS tools.
* Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
* A strategic thinker with a practical approach.
* Excellent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
