* You develop technical and commercial proposals for requests from contractors, construction promoters, and builders.
* You conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications and plans, ensuring optimized and technically sound quotes.
* You negotiate with partners and suppliers to secure the best pricing and solutions.
* You defend and discuss proposals with clients, seeking the best possible solutions.
* You assist in managing an efficient calculation agenda.
* You work results-oriented and contribute to monitoring profit margins.
* You maintain relationships with existing clients and actively prospect for new ones, building a stable and reliable network.
Requirements
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing estimation.
* You are excellent at relationship management and negotiation.
* You demonstrate a results-driven attitude.
* You are skilled at working collaboratively within a team.
* You hold a relevant degree in a related field.
* You are proficient in Dutch and have a good command of English.
