Required Skills and Abilities
* Solid understanding of low-code development principles and platforms.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to facilitate and lead intake, planning, review, and backlog refinement sessions.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value in a project management context.
* Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
* Basic familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools.
* Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to low-code solutions.
* Experienced with Agile project tools such as Confluence and Jira.
* Working knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in low-code solution environments.
* At least 2 years’ experience serving as a Product Owner within low-code platforms.
* Direct collaboration experience with Enterprise or Solution Architects and customer stakeholders.
Conformity Criteria
* 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform services (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Proficient in using Jira for backlog management and project tracking.
