Senior Project Manager – ERP & TMS Implementations Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP and TMS implementation projects from initiation through go-live and closure. The role is responsible for delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. You will manage governance, stakeholders, and project controls across multiple software implementation tracks.
Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders. Lead cross-functional project teams across business and IT. Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actuals; report on variances. Manage scope control and change requests through formal governance processes. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams. Facilitate steering committees and status reporting. Coordinate testing, data migration, training, and go-live activities.
Profile Minimum 5 years’ experience managing software implementation projects. Experience with ERP and/or TMS implementations. Experience delivering multi-stream or long-term projects. Experience managing scope, budget, and timelines. Dutch speaking
