They specialise in the GMP-compliant production of personalised CAR-T treatments for patients worldwide.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a people leadership and operational coordination role within a cutting-edge biotech production environment.As Production Supervisor, you will focus on team leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination, rather than hands-on cleanroom work.If you bring 3–5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment and are looking to grow into a supervisory role, this could be a strong next step.ResponsibilitiesAct as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for operational issuesLead and supervise teams throughout the CAR-T production processEnsure compliance with GMP/cGMP standards and regulatory requirementsCoordinate cross-functional activities and support troubleshootingOversee and review documentation (procedures, batch records, logs, etc.)Support batch record review and release readinessManage team planning, scheduling, and resource allocationDrive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost)Coach, develop, and support team membersSupport hiring and team expansion effortsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (bio-engineering, pharmacy, life sciences), or equivalent experienceExperience:Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, medical devices, or food)Prior people leadership experience OR clear readiness to step into a supervisory roleRequired SkillsStrong people leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to motivate and guide an intercultural teamFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong organisational and communication skillsGood understanding of GMP and cleanroom operationsComfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Detail-oriented and process-drivenAble to prioritise, multitask, and solve problems effectively in a calm and structured mannerThis is a permanent position operating in a 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift structure, offering a competitive salary and benefits package including shift premiums, double pay on Sundays, meal vouchers, insurance coverage, and performance-related bonuses.Interested in taking the next step in your production career?
