As a key member of the ERP team, you will support and optimize financial processes with a direct impact on business performance.DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWThe ERP team, part of the Digital Business Solutions department, is responsible for delivering integrated IT solutions across the Finance, HR, Procurement, and Logistics domains. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to analyze needs, optimize business processes, and implement SAP solutions aligned with evolving industry and technological standards.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP FICO, your role includes:- Acting as the primary contact for all functional and technical questions regarding the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules- Supporting business users by analyzing needs, gathering requirements, and proposing tailored SAP solutions- Evaluating change requests, estimating impact, effort, and cost- Designing end-to-end solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and in line with integration needs (especially with SD, MM, and HR modules)- Performing configuration and supporting technical developments as needed- Maintaining detailed functional documentation and ensuring internal knowledge sharing- Creating and executing test scenarios, overseeing user acceptance testing, and ensuring successful deployments- Managing incidents and proactively resolving system issues to support continuous improvementYOUR PROFILE- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP FICO consultant (FI & CO)- Strong knowledge of core financial processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting- Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules- Analytical and structured mindset with strong attention to detail- Strong communication skills; capable of working withboth finance professionals and technical teams- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented- Fluent in Dutch or French; technical proficiency in English- Knowledge of public or regulated sectors is considered a plusWHAT’S OFFERED- A meaningful and stable career within a sector that is vital to society- A continuous learning environment with opportunities for growth and certification- A collaborative team culture with hybrid work possibilities- A comprehensive and competitive salary package, including:- Company car and fuel card- Smartphone, internet reimbursement, and representation allowance- Meal vouchers- Insurance package (healthcare, hospitalization, pension)
