Mission
You will be directly responsible for supervising production operations. You ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and the efficiency of manufacturing processes within a GMP framework.
Responsibilities
1. Lead production teams and support their development
2. Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and participate in quality inspections
3. Manage and review critical documentation (SOPs, work instructions, batch records)
4. Oversee batch release and associated quality controls
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues
6. Initiate continuous improvement projects (efficiency, cost, quality)
Profile
7. Degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or equivalent
8. Minimum 3 years of experience in a GMP or ATMP environment
9. Knowledge of aseptic operations and MES/EBR tools
10. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
11. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
