I'm looking for an IT Manager on a permanent basis for a client in Brussels. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the client's digital transformation journey. You will inherit a team of 7 and it will be your task to sculpt and nurture the team in the hope of designing and implementing a future-proof IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities Maintain a secure and scalable IT infrastructure and ensure seamless integration between different services, systems and platforms Design and implement the IT ecosystem that can improve and enhance productivity and performance Promote a data driven culture Nurture, grow and scale your IT team, accounting for individual personalities and performance plans Define an IT strategy that aligns with the business and their goals Key requirements 5-15 years of experience in IT within moderate sized companies. We don't need someone with 30+ years in large institutions. Good people management skills. Able to grow and cultivate the mindset within the team.
