You play a key role in developing talent, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless execution—from planning to delivery.
1. Lead and optimize daily operations with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
2. Actively support the team and take ownership of resolving issues and complaints
3. Train, coach, and onboard team members while maintaining up-to-date training documentation
4. Translate study protocol requirements into clear actions and guide the team on key priorities
5. Own workforce planning, including scheduling and holiday coordination
6. Support global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
7. Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring reliable and high-quality service

8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or a relevant academic/vocational qualification
9. Initial work experience (0–5 years) that provides the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role
10. At least 1 year of leadership responsibility
11. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving process improvements
