Expansion Manager - Retail Sector Functieomschrijving The Expansion
Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities : -
Develop the network of shops/franchisees (prospecting, study of
catchment areas) - Assisting the franchisees in all the steps (from
the search fto the opening) - Advising the franchisees in the
operational, financial and administrative management of the outlets
and accompanying them - Selection of the candidates for the
franchises - Ensuring the proper coordination and planning of the
opening stages of the sales outlets Profiel - Previous experience
in a similar position in sales - Prospection / hunting skills -
