About the job
The purpose of this People & Traing Coordinator is to drive the successful administration, execution, and follow-up of Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives across the entire company, while ensuring seamless daily administrative operations to support all People (HR) related activities for the belgian sites.
As People & Training Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be
️ Training Aspects
4. Administration of L&D Programs & Initiatives : Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and seminars; maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and outcomes of the trainings; and manage the distribution of training materials and resources.
5. Execution of L&D Programs & Initiatives : Assist in the development of training content and materials; support trainers and facilitators during training sessions; and monitor the progress and effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives.
6. Follow-up and Evaluation of the trainings : Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders via LMS to evaluate the impact of training programs, and generate reports on L&D activities, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback.

7. Daily administrative Operations & Communication: Provide administrative support, manage purchase requisitions and orders, assist in recruitment by coordinating interviews and maintaining records, communicate job postings and changes to stakeholders, coordinate recruitment approval processes, support team-building and wellbeing initiatives, organize onboarding sessions, act as the Single Point of Contact for HR operational questions, and handle daily administrative operations and communication.
8. Project Management support : Support project implementations across the Group and change management initiatives
About the ideal candidate
9. You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
10. You have a minimum of - years of relevant experience in coordinating training sessions, managing learning management systems (LMS), and supporting L&D initiatives and/or experience in administrative roles, preferably in Human Resources and Learning & Development .
11. You demonstrate the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, including purchase requisitions, recruitment coordination, and event organization.
12. You have strong organizational skills and are an excellent communicator .
13. You are curious, dynamic, service-oriented and love to help people.
14. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
