Are you a technical expert with strong leadership skills looking for a challenging role in a high-tech environment? VF Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for their logistics depot in Sint-Niklaas, a site that operates with advanced technologies and presents unique technical challenges.
Your Role:
* Lead a team of 2 technicians, 1 machine operator, and 1 engineer.
* Plan and execute preventive maintenance (40%), corrective maintenance (30%), and optimizations projects (30%).
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using data analysis and troubleshooting.
* Monitor KPI’s, such as 98% system availability and error-free cycles (1/1100 error rate per cycle).
* Provide shift instructions, allocate tasks, and set priorities.
* Implement structural improvements and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
* Work with high-tech cranes (no fear of heights required).
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree or A2 diploma with experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
* Leadership skills to guide and motivate your team.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset to tackle technical issues efficiently.
* Hands-on and flexible, willing to work in shifts (early-late only, NO NIGHT SHIFTS).
* English is a must, Dutch is a plus
