Als Admin binnen het team van Fleet & Machinery ondersteun je het beheer van het wagen- en machinepark van APK Group. Je zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van alle administratieve taken die hierbij komen kijken.
Some of your duties include:
* Werkplaatsadministratie.
* Validatie van facturen en allocatie van kosten.
* Administratie rond weekendrijden.
* Opvolging van onderhoud aan voertuigen en machines.
* Administratie van aankoop en inzetbaarheid in het systeem.
* Up-to-date houden van gegevens.
Your profile
* Teamspeler met zelfstandige werkhouding.
* Geen specifiek diploma vereist.
* Ervaring of opleiding in administratie/logistiek is een pluspunt, net als kennis van machines.
* Ook juniorprofielen komen in aanmerking.
* Ervaring met administratieve processen of middelenbeheer is een plus.
* Je kan oplossingsgericht denken, werkt accuraat en stipt.
* Vlot met ICT-toepassingen (ERP-systemen, Excel, Outlook, …)
* Administratief sterk en gestructureerd.
* Nederlands: vlot in spreken en schrijven.
* Frans: is een plus.
