We employ over 200 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.Our Finance team is currently looking for an **Accounting Manager.**As Accounting Manager you have the opportunity to supervise and coach your team members. You also play an important role in the digitalization and optimization of the processes.**You will be responsible for**:- **Supervise the work** executed by the Group A/P shared service center and **manage the billing process**; - Supervise that **all financial accountancy work** is carried out correctly to ensure that correct postings are secured and that the financial reports are reflecting the company's actual situation; - Supervise **banking process**: ensure compliance with company's guidelines and follow up of daily cash transactions and balances; - Secure **compliance ofcompany's accounting processes** with BE-GAAP, IFRS-GAAP, corporate tax, transfer pricing regulations and group internal audit guidelines; - Prepare & submittimely and accurate **monthly, quarterly & yearly closings** according to BE-GAAP and IFRS-GAAP in close collaboration with the Controlling Manager and the Group consolidation department in France; - Coordinate, prepare and assist **audits** by statutory, external and internal auditors; - Prepare VAT, Intrastat, income tax and other legal statutory **reportings** in close collaboration with the finance manager; - Prepare ad hoc **reports** based on current needs and/or requests in close collaboration with the controlling or finance manager.**The required profile for the Accounting Manager position**:- Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position; - French or Dutch speaker combined with a working knowledge of Dutch or French and English; - Experienced SAP-user (FI, CO, MM); - Experience with reporting tools (eg BusinessObject Financial and Consolidation (BFC),) is an asset; - Practical knowledge ofExcel; - Strong analytical skills combined with a constructive and solution-oriented mindset characterizes you; - Team player but able to work autonomously; - Good coaching skills; - You are stress resistant, assertive and deadline minded; **Our** **offer**:We offer an attractive salary package, plus a range of benefits:- Gross monthly salary- Company Car- Meal vouchers- Expense allowance- Days reduction working time- Individual bonus- End of year bonus- Vacation bonus- Bonus Profit Sharing (CLA 90)- Hospital insurance & Pension plan- Eco-vouchers, gift vouchers and Benefits at Work- Mobile phoneYou can also count on **support throughout your career** and appropriate **theoretical and practical training**, all in a stimulating environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
