Main Responsibilities:

1. Receive and evaluate job packages from technical engineers and create comprehensive schedules, assigning required skills, resources, and other needs.
2. Manage the stage gate preparation process and develop specific schedules for distribution to technical supervisors.
3. Track daily progress during execution and report on any corrective actions necessary to speed up tasks.
4. Ensure timely initiation of tasks by coordinating safety inspections, site arrivals, and tool availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and reporting abilities, enabling effective collaboration within a team.
* Proficiency in using planning software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project (training can be provided if necessary).
* Extensive technical expertise in ship repair and conversion.
