Proclinical is recruiting for a dedicated a Business Systems IT Engineer to support IT operations, business systems, and the development of digital infrastructure for a cutting-edge radiopharmaceutical production facility. In this role, you will act as a key partner to the Project Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while contributing to the design and implementation of advanced systems supporting cancer treatment innovations. This is a hybrid role based in Mol, Belgium, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
IT Operations:
1. Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support requests via service desk, email, chat, or on-site.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), VPN, and peripherals.
3. Coordinate with external ICT vendors for escalations and complex resolutions.
4. Configure and prepare laptops for onboarding using Microsoft Intune and manage mobile device setups.
5. Maintain anti-phishing campaigns and security awareness training programs.
6. Manage user accounts, access rights, shared mailboxes, and MFA enrollment in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
7. Oversee hardware inventory and perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
8. Maintain accurate ticket logs and IT documentation.
9. Support the rollout and compliance of AI usage policies.
Business Systems & ERP:
10. Provide first-line functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and coordinate with vendors for advanced issues.
11. Document, analyze, and improve key business processes, including sales, production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance workflows.
IT-OT & APC Infrastructure:
12. Assist the IT-OT Project Manager in designing digital and operational technology architecture for the production facility.
13. Support sensor integration, data flow management, and connectivity within a GMP manufacturing environment.
14. Evaluate OT platforms, gateways, and edge computing solutions.
Key Skills and Requirements:
15. Background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience).
16. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
17. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
18. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments is an advantage.
19. Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
20. Exposure to OT technologies, industrial networks, or scripting (PowerShell, Python) is beneficial.
21. Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP) is appreciated.
22. Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
