Yuma is a forward-thinking IT partner driving digital transformation across the Benelux. To strengthen our commercial capabilities, we are setting up a centralized Tender Desk. As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in building and running this function, supporting high-quality tender submissions and improving our win rates.
What you’ll do
Build & improve
* Support the setup of a structured tender process, templates and tooling
* Help establish ways of working for a scalable Tender Desk
* Continuously improve processes, quality and efficiency
Run tenders end-to-end
* Coordinate RFPs, RFIs and tenders from intake to submission
* Align Sales, Service Lines and supporting teams to deliver strong proposals
* Ensure deadlines, quality and compliance are met
* Act as the central point of coordination (not content owner)
Support commercial excellence
* Monitor tender pipeline, win rates and performance
* Support sales and tender reporting
* Check lead and deal quality (TLO quality control: completeness & accuracy)
* Help maintain the Growth CCO repository and ensure data quality
Who you are
* 2–5 years of experience in bid management, proposals or commercial operations
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Proactive, structured and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
* You will be part of building a Tender Desk that will expand into a 2-person Benelux team, covering the Dutch and Belgium markets
* Fluent in Dutch of French and English
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus
