Your responsibilities
As an Business Controller, you are a key link within the Finance team and actively contribute to the financial steering of the organization. Your main responsibilities include:
* Supporting the month-end closing and the preparation of monthly financial reporting
* Analyzing and monitoring fixed costs and budgets, including identifying and explaining variances
* Contributing ideas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
* Supporting business partnering for HR, IT, and Finance by providing relevant financial insights
* Working closely with internal stakeholders and acting as a financial sparring partner
* Monitoring and reporting on CAPEX investments and safeguarding investment budgets
* Supporting product costing and operational-level cash flow forecasting
* Contributing to reliable financial information and the continuous improvement of financial processes
Who are we looking for?
Education & experience
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or audit
* Experience in a business partnering role is a strong asset
Competencies & technical skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills combined with a hands-on mindset
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a results-driven attitude
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial reporting, and experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, SAC, etc.)
* Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
