Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering recruitment-related tasks within the deadline for submission of a proposal.
This role involves sourcing the right experts from all over the world to implement projects on sustainable energy, climate change, digitalisation, or communication related areas.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for defining the best way to source experts using social media, expert recruitment boards, internal databases, and personal networks
* Evaluating the suitability of candidates to identify the most compliant and contributing experts in collaboration with the team
* Collecting necessary employment certificates and diplomas from experts and cross-referencing with CV information for client submissions
* Tailoring and formatting award-winning CVs
* Establishing and growing a network of experts for further collaboration
* Performing other administrative recruitment tasks as directed by the Business Development Director
Requirements:
* Academic background: A Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's in a field related to recruitment or relevant
* Knowledge of professional search engines such as LinkedIn
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in recruitment
* Interest in learning about environment/energy/digitalisation/climate change and similar technical areas
* Ability to synthesise and process vast amounts of information
* Multitasking personality, rigorous, with high attention to detail and strong work ethics
* Creative, communicative, open-minded and results-oriented
* Languages: solid written and spoken English; French is considered an asset
* IT skills: advanced use of MS Office
