About the role:
This role is part of GTS within the File Transfer Services (FTS) squad. We provide file transfer technologies that enable customers to integrate systems and applications internally and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage deployment and maintenance of File Transfer software on Linux and Windows.
2. Contribute to the application design and FT configuration deployment on Linux and Windows plus IBM mainframe and HP Nonstop
3. Join our 3rd level support rotation to support our services during daylight and overnight
4. Help to define and contribute to the improvement of Euroclear implementation of File Transfer services.
5. Work with our business stakeholders to on-board of external parties (client, data providers, partners, agents,

Requirements:
Technical Skills
7. More than 5 years of experience in managing and supporting IBM Sterling software: Connect: Direct, Connect: Express, Sterling B2B Integrator/File Gateway, IBM Control Center
8. Proven knowledge and expertise in managing Middleware running under Linux and Windows platforms
9. Expertise in scripting languages used with Ansible/Tower and pipeline
10. You are familiar with security concerns, networking, system availability and performance
11. Having Microsoft Azure and Containers (OpenShift or AKS) experience is a plus

12. A strong appetite to learn and share expertise with peers both within the squad and consumers of File Transfer services – being teams in charge of application development, testing and IT operations
13. Capabilities to deal with uncertainty, complexity and looking how current procedures and processes can be improved within the domain
14. A client and results oriented attitude with solid focus on quality. You will take ownership on actions to resolve conflicts with appropriate level of support from peers and/or management
15. You have a sufficient level of English to work in IT
16. You have been working in squads running Agile/Scrum
