Responsibilities Automate data ingestion, transformation and storage workflows Ensure high availability and scalability of data pipelines to meet evolving business requirements Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, load (ETL) processes for integration data from sources like flat files, databases and API’s Get familiar with tools like BOOMI to support the data sourcing and transformation Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data across all systems Collaborate with technical lead data and business analysts to design data models that enable advanced analytical and machine learning applications Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, ensuring efficient querying and reporting Develop efficient database queries, indexing strategies and ensure data integrity Monitor the pipelines and infrastructure for performance, issues and bottlenecks Continuously optimize processes and infrastructure to improve performance, reduce costs and enhance scalability Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, technical lead data and applications and business product owners) to develop end-to-end data solutions Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup and retrospectives Document data architecture, pipelines and workflows to ensure transparency and maintainability Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to confirm solutions and reporting meet requirements Document and resolve discrepancies found during testing Analyze tickets raised through service now and provide personalized support and guidance to users Manage proper communication with the users and assure them in a polite & calm way Resolve tickets taking into account implemented SLA’s Gather feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement Proactively identify inefficiencies in reporting and implement effective solutions Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative practices Analyze current reports and processes to identify inefficiencies
