Specifically:
* You perform physical, chemical, and mechanical tests (incoming, in-process, and final release) in accordance with ISO standards and internal procedures.
* You manage documentation: monitoring and archiving quality reports and records.
* You calibrate equipment and check measuring instruments, both internally and externally, to ensure everything functions correctly.
* In case of complaints, you work closely with production, the QC supervisor, and complaints management. You analyze the root cause and draft reports with recommendations.
* You follow up on deviations (non-conformities), investigate them, and propose and monitor corrective actions.
* You support continuous improvement initiatives within QC and production, contributing to process validations, FMEA analyses, and risk assessments.ProfielWho are you?
* You have experience with 5S/Kaizen, this is a must.
* You bring solid experience in laboratory testing and calibration.
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
* You are familiar with GMP, ISO 13485, MDR, and quality management systems.
* You have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of SAP (QM module) is a strong plus.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English.
