Key responsibilities of the International Purchasing Expert:
* Compile data and craft marketing presentations to support negotiation strategy.
* Help structure negotiation arguments alongside partner-company negotiators.
* Create decision-ready documentation for internal stakeholders.
* Analyse new product assortments and manage pricing data in selection tools.
* Facilitate communication with shared-service teams and country teams.
* Manage administrative duties: meeting setups, minutes, data entry during annual negotiations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects (category analysis, performance metrics, tool optimisation).
Profiel
Ideal International Purchasing Expert profile:
* A bachelor's or Master's degree in international business, procurement, or agri-food.
* Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus
* At least 3 years of experience in FMCG or Food sector
* Proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork capability.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
