Our vision is to build a multi-business platform within the world of tennis, combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders.

Sales Junior Belgium

At Tennium, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Junior with a genuine passion for sports —especially tennis— and international events to join our team in Belgium. You will be part of the Commercial Department, supporting the development and execution of sponsorship and hospitality sales strategies for the European Open, one of Belgium’s leading tennis tournaments.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in sales and client management, ideally within the sports or events industry, who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a dynamic and results-driven environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Assist the Sales Department and Belgium team in daily sales operations and client management.
* Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
* Help manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-ups.
* Coordinate with Marketing and Ticketing teams to align promotional and sales activities.
* Conduct research and benchmarking to identify potential sponsors, partners, and new business opportunities.
* Assist in drafting and processing sponsorship agreements and hospitality packages with legal and operational support.
* Participate in meetings, networking events, and on-site event operations as required.
* Prepare periodic reports and contribute to the analysis of sales performance.
* Keep track of market trends and potential partners to identify new sponsorship and business opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Communication, or related field.
* At least one year of experience in sales or client management, ideally within the sports or events industry.
* Strong interest in sports, live events, and commercial partnerships, especially tennis.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Flemish and French.
* Availability to travel and flexibility to work non-traditional hours during tournaments.
