We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in the Benelux region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support on machines sold by our company, specifically industrial pumps and crushing and screening installations.
The Service Technician will perform a variety of tasks including maintenance and repairs on crushers, screening machines, pumps, and related equipment. They will also visit customers throughout the region daily to install, repair, or maintain their machines.
Additionally, the Service Technician will work closely with internal and external sales colleagues to ensure proper follow-up of projects and materials. They must strictly adhere to safety instructions imposed by the customer while on site.
In meetings and consultations held at our office, the Service Technician will participate actively and contribute their expertise to drive business forward.
Key Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
* Possession of a technical diploma (A2, associate degree, or bachelor's) in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field is required.
* Experience with heavy mobile equipment, pumps, and related machinery is essential.
* Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity is necessary.
* An independent and problem-solving mindset is crucial for this role.
* Flexibility and a willingness to start early and work irregular hours are expected.
* Holding a valid category B driving license is mandatory.
