We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on existing and new products within our systems, leading generation of service and care pack leads in CRM, and assuming the role of merchandiser to ensure effective display of products and campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
* Maintain Donaldson systems with accurate product data
* Generate leads for service and care packs in CRM
* Display products and campaigns as merchandiser
* Take initiatives to propose new ways of working, implement new systems, and work on challenging projects
* Support business growth through process development, tool implementation, and analysis
* Partner with sales and service teams for optimization and lead strategic projects
* Analyze market and product data, identify sources, and maintain manuals
* Drive growth initiatives in EMEA IS AfterMarket, supporting engineering, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and sales teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or finance, or equivalent experience
* At least 2 years of working experience
* Business acumen with attention to detail
* Interest in database maintenance and system improvement
* Results-driven, eager to learn, and able to prioritize tasks
* Strong team player with international experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Oracle, and European languages
