Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Officer to join our team. As a key member of the administrative and financial management team, you will be responsible for organizing customer appointments, processing money transfers, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
* Organize appointments with customers and provide related administrative follow-up;
* Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing money transfers and securities;
* Verify the proper application of tax regulations, in particular with regard to stock exchange tax, Reynders tax, and tax on securities accounts;
* Draft and administer tax certificates for various cases such as non-residents, withholding tax, and foreign withholding tax;
* File withholding tax and stock exchange tax returns;
* Support the implementation of new tax projects, including the solidarity contribution;
* Follow up files related to Lombard credits, preparing applications and ensuring the necessary administrative follow-up;
* Provide regular financial reporting to management;
* Provide technical support for investments, by checking debit balances and monitoring term accounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Master's degree or significant experience in the field;
* Robustness and performance in administrative tasks;
* Fluency in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other language;
* An acute sense of discretion, as well as great rigor in your work;
* A strong work ethic and constant motivation;
* The prospect of progressing to a position as a private consultant in the long term.
