Connet Group is seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic SAP implementation and transformation initiatives. You will act as the critical link between business process owners, external consultants, and technical teams—ensuring effective communication, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the coordination of SAP project activities and serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal teams.
* Collaborate with external implementation partners on budget tracking, scope management, resource allocation, and project timelines.
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
* Support the design and deployment of a global SAP template in alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
* Contribute to test management and data migration planning, coordination, and issue handling.
* Drive the Train-the-Trainer approach to ensure internal knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption.
* Participate in cutover planning and execution for a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP.
* Facilitate effective knowledge transfer between consultants and internal staff to ensure long-term ownership.
* Manage organizational change and user adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and realistic expectation setting.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 10+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in ERP project management, ideally with SAP.
* Functional SAP knowledge in areas such as Materials Management, Production & Planning, Warehouse Management, or Finance & Controlling is a plus.
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
