Responsibilities:
1. Manage the product portfolio (existing and new products), including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans
2. Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products
3. Provide constant feedback to Regional and Global Teams
4. Implement product and pricing strategies in alignment with Regional/Global Marketing
5. Develop promotional campaigns and drive POS-material development for the product portfolio
6. Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing media campaigns (PAID Digital and non-digital), following the communication strategy based on portfolio objectives
7. Control the A&P budget of the assigned product category portfolio, ensuring no overspend and key promotions are well managed, providing a clear ROI
Qualifications:
8. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
9. 2 years of experience as a Marketing Generalist – Consumer Packaged Goods preferred
10. Experience in supervising outside vendors and agencies
11. Proficiency in using and understanding IRI/Nielsen data and relevant market analytics tools
12. Deep understanding of KPIs and P&L
13. Strong business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
14. Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch
