For a leading logistics company in Brussels, we are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to establish and optimize project management standards across their operations. You will implement governance frameworks, drive reporting excellence, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution in a fast-paced supply chain environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance & Reporting- Design and implement PMO processes for logistics projects (warehouse automation, TMS implementations, network optimization)- Develop portfolio dashboards to track KPIs: on-time delivery, cost performance, and resource utilization- Standardize project documentation (charters, RAID logs, stage gates)Performance Management- Conduct health checks on active projects (IT, infrastructure, process redesign)- Identify bottlenecks in cross-functional initiatives between Operations, IT, and Procurement- Lead monthly project review sessions with senior leadershipTools & Methodology- Implement and maintain PPM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira)- Train teams on hybrid methodologies (Agile for IT, Waterfall for infrastructure)- Optimize resource allocation across the project portfolioTechnical Environment- Logistics systems: TMS (Transport Management), WMS (Warehouse Management)- Data tools: Power BI, Excel advanced reporting- PM software: MS Project Online, SharePointRequired Qualifications- 5+ years in PMO roles, preferably in logistics/transportation- Expertise in:- Project governance frameworks- Portfolio reporting (benefits tracking, milestone trends)- Stakeholder management in matrix organizations- Fluent in English (Dutch/French a plus)Preferred Qualifications- Certification: PMP, P3O, or MoP- Experience with logistics IT projects (ERP, automation)- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma in supply chain contextsAdditional Details:START DATE: FlexibleDURATION: 6+ monthsCONTRACT: FreelanceONSITE POLICY: 3 days / weekINTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 stageIf you are interested please attach an updated CV and I'll try to be in touch as soon as possible
