Developed with the support of the Batia Mosa Group, our products are designed for easy integration by maritime engineers and shipyards.


Role Description


To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to develop new business and manage customer relationships across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

This role combines technical understanding with commercial drive. You will work directly with shipyards, engineering offices, and vessel operators to translate their needs into practical solutions.


Your responsibilities


Business development

* Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email prospecting
* Identify and approach potential customers in the maritime industry

Customer prospection

* Visit shipyards, engineering offices, and vessels
* Build long-term relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders

Offer management

* Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Prepare and submit technical proposals and quotations
* Follow up on offers and manage the sales pipeline

Customer success

* Ensure smooth follow-up during and after delivery
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and support repeat business


Your profile


* Technical background through education or relevant work experience
* Experience in shipbuilding, maritime engineering, or vessel operations is highly valued
* Fluent in Dutch and English, German or French is a strong advantage
* Ambitious, proactive, and commercially driven
* Comfortable with regular travel for customer visits
* Interested in working in a dynamic startup environment
