Make an Impact in a Global Marketing Role For one of
our international B2B clients, we are looking for a Marketing &
Client Engagement Manager (F/M) to lead local marketing activities
in Belgium. This is a strategic and hands-on position at the
intersection of marketing, sales support, client success, and
creative coordination. You will take ownership of marketing
execution, collaborate closely with Sales and Operations, manage
trade shows and events, and oversee content creation and branding
efforts. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and be
a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international
environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Marketing
Execution - Act as the main marketing contact for the Belgian Sales
team. - Create impactful, on-brand marketing materials, proposals,
and presentations. - Deliver tailored marketing support that aligns
with client needs and business goals. Client Engagement - Support
B2B clients with branding and promotional strategies. - Build and
maintain strong relationships, offering proactive marketing
solutions. Trade Shows & Events - Plan and manage the full
lifecycle of trade shows and industry events. - Coordinate
logistics, branded assets, lead capture tools, and post-event
reporting. Creative Management - Oversee the in-house graphic
designer to ensure timely, high-quality visual output. - Manage
production of marketing materials, digital content, and campaign
assets. Social Media Ownership - Manage social media channels
(LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). - Plan, create, and schedule content
that aligns with global campaigns and increases brand engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting - Join regular strategy calls with
the global Marketing Director. - Provide updates, share insights,
and propose ideas for ongoing improvement. What You Bring - 3 - 5
years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms like Odoo and HubSpot. -
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent
communication and organizational skills. - Fluency in English;
French or Dutch is a plus. - Experience working with or managing
creative professionals. - Independent, detail-oriented, and
