Your focus will be on contract staffing, specifically freelancers and consultants, while also managing and expanding existing client relationships. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liActively identify and approach new clients, building strong and lasting relationships. /li liConduct in-depth analyses of clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. /li liSet recruitment priorities and guide the recruitment team effectively. /li liPresent shortlisted candidates to clients, offering strategic recommendations. /li liSupport and advise both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. /li liMaintain regular communication with clients and consultants under contract to ensure a seamless experience. /li liPrepare and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 h3Technical Skills: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred). /li liPrevious experience in recruitment and/or sales, ideally in the IT sector. /li liBasic understanding or strong interest in information technology. /li liFluent in bFrench or Dutch /b, with strong proficiency in English.
