For one of our major clients in the global pharmaceutical sector, Randstad Professionals is looking for a Global Patient Services Coordinator to join a dynamic, international team.
Mission Overview
At the heart of global activities, your role will be to ensure the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of data for patient support programs and initiatives on a worldwide scale. You will act as the bridge between global governance and local affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance & Documentation: Drafting, updating, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and governance materials.
* Data Management: Monitoring, maintaining, and quality-controlling data within the central repository (Excel analysis, report generation, validation).
* International Coordination: Collaborating closely with global affiliates, guiding them through processes, and proactively "chasing" stakeholders to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
* Project & Tool Support: Supporting system updates (solution testing, communication, change management) and managing daily requests via a shared mailbox.
Profile Required:
* Experience: Approximately 8–10 years of total experience (candidates with slightly less experience but strong autonomy are also welcome).
* Sector: Mandatory experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharma, GxP, or similar).
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and monitoring. Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a strong asset.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, a data accuracy mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to diplomatically but firmly follow up with global stakeholders.
* Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this global scope.
Job Details & Work Model:
* Contract: Long-term mission, starting as a full-time position with a potential extension into the following year on a part-time basis.
* Work Model: Hybrid 40% (ideally based in Belgium). Remote candidates within Europe (outside of UK, US & Germany) can be considered but are not preferred.
* Selection Process: Fast-track process (up to 2 interview rounds) including a short practical case study to assess your skills.
