Duties and Responsibilities:

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
1. - Digitization of all personnel files: reorganization of paper files, scan and organize into electronic files
2. - Creation of an archiving system
3. - Creation of paper and electronic files for new employees
4. - Classification and archiving of different documents
5. - Archiving of outgoing staff files
Who You Are
Student available for 1 month during the summer period
Interpersonal skills, such as effective verbal and written communications; ability to develop relationships.
Knowledge of Pack Office
Language skills, with as a minimum proficiency in the English and French languages
