As the all-round HR Assistant, you will:
1. Provide general support to the Regional HR team in daily tasks
2. Assist managers in the recruitment process (follow-up processes, make-up offers, communications, etc.)
3. Help with the onboarding & offboarding
4. Updating and maintaining HR records and databases
5. Internal HR communications & correspondences in English & Dutch (French if possible)
6. Administrative support on ongoing HR projects
7. Ideally 2-3 years' experience in administration or HR
8. HR graduates with an intership experience will be considered as well)
9. Professional knowledge of English & Dutch (French is an asset, not a must)
10. Good knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *
11. Proactive, motivated and positive attitude
12. Eye for detail and well organized
13. Good level of maturity
