Shape HR on a global level in a growing tech-driven company ACSL is an Antwerp-based company operating at the center of global B2B technology trading. Our e-procurement platform helps international organizations manage hardware and service sourcing in 175+ countries. Behind that platform is a team of 90+ colleagues across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to help lead and evolve our people strategy worldwide — and take a seat on the ACSL Management Committee.
Your role = global impact
You’ll work in a small HR team (HR Manager + HR Assistant) and own the full employee lifecycle across our international workforce.
You will:
Act as HR Business Partner to management
Design and implement HR policies and processes
Lead international recruitment & onboarding
Manage performance evaluations and salary review cycles
Handle compensation & benefits
Oversee Belgian payroll and international service provider payments
Draft employment contracts and service agreements
Drive training, development, and employee wellbeing initiatives
Stay closely connected with colleagues worldwide
Support office management in Antwerp

✅ You bring
~ Master’s degree in HR, Business, or similar
~6-10 years of HR experience, including a senior hands-on role
~ Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law
~ Experience with payroll, HR systems, and compensation
~ Fluent Dutch & English
~ A pragmatic mindset: you think big but get things done
