YOUR CHALLENGES
As Head of Corporate Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving the corporate Quality Management System (QMS). You ensure harmonization, compliance and quality growth across all countries and business units.
What does this mean in concrete terms?
* You develop and manage the corporate quality strategy in line with ISO standards, GDP and GxP requirements
* You monitor the uniform application of procedures, templates and quality guidelines within the QMS
* You will lead global harmonization and digitization projects on quality
* You align country- and business unit-specific QMS approaches with corporate standards
* You manage the corporate audit cycle and monitor CAPAs and maturity models
* You will report at executive level on QMS performance, risks, audit results and strategic initiatives
* You act as a central point of contact between countries, business lines and senior leadership
* You lead cross-functional and cross-country project teams within quality projects
* You follow up on international quality and safety standards and translate them into corporate policies
* You build and manage corporate training programs around QMS, compliance and quality
* You define global standards for qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, supplier qualification)
* You ensure clear communication, governance and best practice sharing within the organization

* You have a strategic vision and can translate it into concrete, operational quality improvements
* You are a strong coaching leader who can form teams, give directions and dare to make decisions
* You are analytical, data-driven and process-oriented with a keen eye for corporate maturity
* You communicate convincingly at executive level and interact smoothly with various stakeholders
* You have in-depth knowledge of GDP, ISO 9001, SQAS and relevant security and validation standards
* You are experienced in QMS implementation and audit management
* You are familiar with complex, international quality structures and multi-site environments
* You build a strong quality culture and encourage continuous learning and improvement
