Job Responsibilities
As a Project Sales Assistant, you will be the central point of contact for incoming price requests and will actively support our commercial operations. You will combine administrative accuracy with commercial acumen and technical interest.
* Management of incoming price requests (BE)
* Processing all price requests via ;
* Triage of requests: analyzing technical information and requesting additional data;
* Correctly responding to requests for which no quote is prepared, including clear motivation to the customer.
* Preparation and management of quotes
* Collecting and analyzing project details;
* Listing products, quantities, and delivery addresses;
* Forwarding complete project information for price requests to manufacturers and calculating transport costs;
* Preparing price quotations and internal control;
* Sending quotations to customers and following up on them.
* Follow-up & reporting
* Managing new quotations in the 'Follow-up Quotations BE' list;
* Keeping statuses and contact moments up to date;
* Applying filters for relaunches and collecting feedback on current quotations;
* Participating in biweekly Team Call project follow-ups;
* Preparing the monthly Sales Meeting.
* Prospecting & market development
* Using Vecteur Plus for prospecting in Northern France;
* Selecting and approaching contractors;
* Detecting new opportunities and possibilities.
* Proactively promoting Brachot and its materials.
* External representation
* Participating in trade fairs as an exhibitor;
* Visiting landscape architects and engineering firms to promote Group Brachot, its materials, and services.
* Customer management
* Support with price negotiations;
* Delivery and follow-up of samples;
* Site visits in case of technical questions, complaints, or specific issues.
Profile
* You are administratively strong and accurate;
* Customer-oriented;
* You are communicative;
* Dutch is your main language and you can express yourself fluently in French and English;
* You are flexible to assignment and workinghours and you are a team player;
* You are comfortable with the common computer software and learn new programs quickly, experience with ERP systems is a plus.
