Job Description
* Lead inbound/outbound operations: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch.
* Manage inventory accuracy (FEFO/FIFO), cycle counts, and variance reduction.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Plan resources across two shifts, 5 days/week, optimizing productivity.
* Develop and coach team members on safety, flexibility, and performance.
* Track and improve KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, lead time).
* Control warehouse P&L and optimize operational costs.
* Enhance process flows and break down silos between departments.
* Utilize WMS/ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for data integrity and traceability.
* Drive improvement projects (layout optimization, 5S, digitalization).
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
* 2+ years of experience managing warehouse operations (multi‑temperature, high volume).
* Knowledge of HACCP and HSE best practices.
* Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Excel reporting.
* Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Languages: French & English; Dutch is a plus.
